MILWAUKEE® Delivers Faster Cordless Riveting with New M18 FUEL™ Rivet Tool with ONE-KEY™

Milwaukee Tool continues to eliminate the need for pneumatics by delivering best-in-class cordless performance with the introduction of the M18 FUEL™ Rivet Tool with ONE-KEY™.

WITH AN IN-LINE DESIGN AND BRUSHLESS MOTOR, ENGINEERED WITH MILWAUKEE®’S ADVANCED M18 FUEL™* TECHNOLOGY, THE NEW TOOL INSTALLS RIVETS FASTER AND DELIVERS A LONGER TOOL LIFE VERSUS COMPETITIVE CORDLESS RIVET TOOLS, ALL WHILE ELIMINATING THE HASSLE AND MAINTENANCE OF PNEUMATIC COMPRESSORS AND HOSES.

Pulls up to 900 rivets with a rivet size of 4.8 mm in aluminium or 500 rivets with a size of 6.4 mm in aluminium on a fully charged M18™ 2.0 Ah battery pack.

True to all M18 FUEL™ solutions, the new M18 FUEL™ Rivet Tool combines three exclusive innovations – the POWERSTATE™ brushless motor, REDLITHIUM™ battery pack, and REDLINK PLUS™ intelligence. The POWERSTATE™ brushless motor delivers 20,000 N (20 kN) of pulling force for high strength blind rivets in all materials. M18™ REDLITHIUM™ batteries deliver more work per charge and more work over the life of the pack, installing up to (900) 4.8 mm aluminium or (500) 6.4 mm aluminium blind rivets in one charge**. REDLINK PLUS™ intelligence ensures maximum performance and protects against overload, over-heating, and over-discharge.

Complete with a 3-jaw design built with premium steel alloy materials, the rivet tool jaws last longer than alternative solutions on the market to minimise downtime and deliver more work between jaw changes. The blind rivet tool is built with an all-metal gearcase, impact strength plastics, and a protective over-mold to withstand harsh shop, plant, and field environments while maintaining a lightweight feel.

As an added benefit, ONE-KEY™*** provides the ability to track, manage, and secure the rivet tool.

The rivet tool comes with a set of four retention nose pieces (4.8 mm, 6.0 mm, 6.4 mm and 7.0 mm) to hold blind rivets in place once inserted into the tool. Complete with onboard storage, the tool allows for all four retention nose pieces, as well as the wrench for switching between sizes, to be stored on the tool. For versatility, non-retention nose pieces are available separately. Also available is a 152 mm long extension allows users to install rivets in hard to reach applications.
