By Marta Macedo Wednesday, 2nd November 2022 0 Comments Hillhead Returns In June 2024 Hillhead maintains its reputation as the largest exhibition of its kind in the world. The biennial event is a key platform for the launch of new products and technological developments within the quarrying, construction and recycling industries, and we now have firm dates for its return in 2024. Established in 1982 and now celebrating its 40th year, Hillhead has become an iconic quarrying, construction and recycling exhibition, and its next edition will take place from 25th-27th June 2024 at Hillhead Quarry, Buxton. Hillhead returned with a bang earlier this year as The QMJ Group celebrated the show’s 40th anniversary over three gloriously sunny days in June. After an interruption in 2020 due to the restraints imposed the Government in response to the pandemic, exhibitors and visitors took the opportunity to reconnect with their industry peers, marvel at the plethora of live machinery action taking place, discover the latest product launches, and explore the latest technology and innovations driving digitalization and decarbonization across the sector. With 18,500 unique visitors in attendance and more than 600 of the world’s leading equipment manufacturers, suppliers and service providers taking part, this year’s Hillhead exhibition was a record breaker, cementing its status as the world’s biggest working quarry event for the mineral products, construction, and recycling sectors. With the dates for the next edition now confirmed, demand for the 2024 show is expected to be higher than ever and new enquiries to exhibit should be directed to Event Manager, Harvey Sugden, at harvey.sugden@qmj.co.uk. All enquiries will be contacted next spring with an update of the latest availability.
